For my doctoral research at Erikson Institute, I am talking to teachers about their preparation for diverse classroom environments, and what supports they receive now that shape their approach to teaching.

You are eligible to take part in this study if you ...

• have been teaching for 4 years or less in a k-12 setting
  
• identify as white
• identify as female

What is expected? You will be asked to complete an online survey and opt-in for virtual 90-min interview with the researcher.
